Moon 1 · Pelvis + Breath
A foundational class focused on pelvic awareness, breath, and internal support. This practice emphasizes stability, alignment, and nervous system regulation through intentional movement and breathwork. Suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those looking to reconnect to the basics.
Moon 2 · Hips + Splits
A progressive foundational class centered on the hips, hamstrings, and lower body. This practice builds mobility and strength to support deeper hip opening and split-oriented work, while maintaining stability and integrity through the pelvis and spine. Suitable for all levels, with options to explore depth over time.

Weekly classes serve as an ongoing foundation, supporting and informing immersive specialty workshops. Students can use weekly practice to build familiarity and continuity, while workshops offer extended time for focused exploration and integration. Each offering is designed to complement the others, while always remaining complete and meaningful as a standalone experience.

sensual flow: nectar + drip <condensed> at moon yoga
Description:
A combined, foundational Sensual Flow experience integrating both Nectar and Drip.
Exclusive to women and women-identifying students. Class runs from 6:15–7:15 PM, with optional time to remain until 7:30 PM to journal, connect, or settle in the space.
This condensed foundational experience is included for Moon Yoga membership pass holders and offered as a $25 drop-in for non-members.
Nectar — pelvic floor + sacral embodiment
An internal, sensation-led practice centered on the pelvic floor, vagina, and sacrum. The work is slow, subtle, and deeply embodied, prioritizing internal awareness over visible shape.
Drip — signature sensual movement + fluid expression
An expressive, pelvic-led flow translating internal sensation into fluid, full-body movement. The pace is expansive, sensual, and embodied.
This combined class serves as a foundational introduction and a preview of the Sensual Flow direction for 2026. All levels are welcome. Knee protection and socks are recommended.
