Pelvic floor + sacral embodiment
Nectar is an internal, foundational workshop centered on the pelvic floor, vagina, and sacrum. The work is immersive and sensation-led, exploring subtle internal activation and deep embodied connection from within.
Nectar operates beneath visible movement, prioritizing sensation over shape. The pace is slow, internal, and deeply embodied.

Drip
The Maria Luxe signature sensual movement + fluid expression
An expressive, sensual movement practice centered on pelvic-led flow. This portion translates internal sensation into visible movement through fluid transitions and full-body articulation.
The pace is fluid, expansive, and embodied.

This one-hour combined class is designed to showcase the direction Sensual Flow will be heading in 2026 and serve as a foundational introduction. All levels are welcome. Knee protection and socks are recommended.
